• The balance is due upon project completion or as per the milestones in the service agreement.
• Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, code, and intellectual property developed during a project remain the property of DreamOne Tech until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all your confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
